Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be received in writing and are available based on the following policy.

Physical Products

  • Customer must send an email to Support@KrisKnopp.com  to request refund along with the reason for the refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • We will refund the original order, less any shipping, within 30 days purchase.
  • All physical products must be returned new and unused for a refund to be issued. Refunds will not be issued for used products.
  • Customer is responsible for any and all return shipping fees.

Services

  • We will refund 100% of fees for unused services upon written notification to Support@KrisKnopp.com
  • Fees for services rendered are not eligible for refund.

Digital Products

  • Digital products are not eligible for return, refunds or exchanges.
